Our admin team help to ensure we meet KPI's meaning patients access our service in a timely manner. Manage queries from patients and their families. Ensure excellent communication to a range of professionals and are key to supporting our MDT.
About usOur administrative assistants process referrals and liaise with our clinicians on duty in order this access area to the service is managed well. The role also requires accurate and timely management of clinicians letters to professionals and patients. Their is the expectation to support with reception as required and deliver a friendly welcome of our patients to the service. You will have great communication skills and work well as a member of a team.
