The All Age Eating Disorder Service is forward thinking in developing care across the age range using evidence based treatments and providing quality, safe and prompt interventions. Our Admin team is central in supporting clinicians to deliver high standards of safe and effective care.

Our Administrative Assistant are key to our service in supporting our clinical team and ensuring we communicate with patients in efficient and compassionate ways.

Our admin team help to ensure we meet KPI's meaning patients access our service in a timely manner. Manage queries from patients and their families. Ensure excellent communication to a range of professionals and are key to supporting our MDT.

About us

Our administrative assistants process referrals and liaise with our clinicians on duty in order this access area to the service is managed well. The role also requires accurate and timely management of clinicians letters to professionals and patients. Their is the expectation to support with reception as required and deliver a friendly welcome of our patients to the service. You will have great communication skills and work well as a member of a team.
