Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Lead Nurse for a part-time role (22.5 hours per week) at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury. The position can be expanded to full-time by incorporating 15 additional hours in a clinical area of expertise, such as ward, theatre, outpatients, or pre-operative assessment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading infection surveillance, prevention, and control efforts within the hospital, ensuring high standards of IPC practices to safeguard the health of patients, staff, and visitors.

Candidates should be registered nurses with a degree or equivalent experience, current NMC registration, and ideally possess teaching qualifications and prior experience in infection prevention and control. The role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to care excellence, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
