My name's Holly Stephens and I am the Service Manager for the CMHT in West Norfolk. In our service we support working age adults who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. We have creative and skilled staff who provide the support that is needed - and they are motivated to make a real difference to those with mental health difficulties, their families and carers. I'm excited to recruit a new Community Team Manager in our West Norfolk Adult CMHT. This is a vital role which provides direction and support to our practitioners, with opportunities to creatively think about how to improve our work. This is an exciting time of transformation of mental health services in our region; creating opportunities to recognise and consolidate what services are doing well, whilst driving creativity to radically change service delivery. We're looking for a clinically-informed leader who can help drive positive changes.
