Band 3: £24,071 to £25,674 a year Per Annum Pro Rata  PERMANENT 

For this role you will be required to ensure that all data relating to the monitoring of the Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathway for patients is collated and processed in accordance with national and local timescales for data submission. You will provide timely information in relation to national and local targets for elective care, including breaches.

This role has a focus on making sure that patient pathways are input correctly on the patient record systems, ensuring that where errors are identified, this communicated effectively with the appropriate teams or departments, so that learning can be embedded.

This is a key role in the provision of supporting performance and data quality, and the post holder will need to exercise initiative, independent judgement and decision making to ensure the delivery of an effective and high-quality service. This role sits within the Gynaecology Department, however, is closely aligned to the central validation and performance team, with training provided by this team. Additionally, the post holder will be expected to link in with this team in terms of validation processes and protocols and will be professionally supported by this team.
