St. Laurence's Medical Centre in Liverpool is seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join their Practice team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering safe and effective nursing care to the practice population. This role involves collaborating with the Practice Nursing Team, GPs, Pharmacist, and Practice Manager to fulfill the practice’s objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing chronic diseases, administering immunisations and vaccinations, providing cervical screening and contraceptive advice, and offering lifestyle and health promotion guidance. The role also entails maintaining accurate patient records, conducting clinical audits, referring patients as needed, and participating in training and development activities. The nurse will be involved in team meetings and clinical supervision as part of their contribution to the practice.
