                                                     We are looking to recruit a motivated, experienced, committed and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Practice team.   The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective nursing care to the whole practice population, working closely with the Practice Nursing Team, GPs, Pharmacist and Practice Manager to deliver the practice working priorities.   About us  Undertake GP Practice Nurse roles and responsibilities including: Chronic disease management Immunisations and vaccinations Cervical screening Contraceptive advice Injections and treatments as prescribed Lifestyle advice Health promotion Maintaining accurate patient records Clinical audits Team meetings Referring patients as appropriate Attending training and development as required Clinical supervision and appraisal
