The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking an Immunotherapy Clinical Nurse Specialist for a fixed-term role of two years in its Oncology & Haematology department. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Oncology consultants and clinical nurse specialists to lead and develop the immunotherapy service. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of patients receiving immunotherapy, ensuring high-quality care, and integrating research into practice. The role also involves promoting best practices, participating in education and training initiatives, and serving as an expert clinical practitioner within a multidisciplinary team.

In addition to being an autonomous practitioner with non-medical prescribing rights, the nurse specialist will focus on enhancing patient experiences and developing the immunotherapy service across the Trust. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate care, and a commitment to embodying the hospital’s core values of People Focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Excellence.
