We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible Administrative Assistant to support our local Podiatry team within Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.You will join one of the largest and forward-thinking Podiatry teams in the country. oOrdering of clinical suppliesoPutting away clinical supplies/ tidying clinic cupboards and stock rotationoMaintaining patient leaflets and handouts for clinicsoOrdering and rotating of cataloguesoUploading temperature and cleaning logs to relevant hard drive and completing compliance excel spreadsheet oUploading medications delivery slips to relevant hard driveoPrinting off next appointment slips and other specific paperworkoManaging of instruments packs, replacing missing/ blunt items, completing customer feedback form and emailing to relevant peopleoBuilding clinical appointment templates on electronic appointment booking system
