Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join their Podiatry team in Coxheath. The role involves providing essential administrative support, including arranging home visits for patients, maintaining clinical supply inventory, and performing data entry tasks such as completing forms, surveys, and audits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage various administrative responsibilities independently.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ordering and organizing clinical supplies, maintaining clinic documentation, and managing appointment templates on the electronic booking system.
