The Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist for its Home Treatment Team (HTT) in Chertsey, covering Woking, Runnymede, Spelthorne, and Elmbridge. This role involves providing intensive community care with a focus on risk management and developing personalized care plans to facilitate patient step-down to less intensive support, thereby preventing hospital admissions. The consultant will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage a caseload of approximately 30 patients, and engage with various internal and external services to ensure seamless care transitions.

The position offers a competitive salary within the NHS Consultant Grade (£105,504 - £139,882) and includes a recruitment and retention payment of £25,000, plus an £8,000 relocation allowance for eligible candidates.
