The University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two Sterile Services Assistants to join their busy Sterile Services Department in Poole. This role involves the cleaning, inspection, assembly, packing, sterilizing, and distribution of surgical instruments and endoscopes to various hospital areas, including wards and theatres. The ideal candidates should be friendly, flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a good attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. While no prior experience is necessary, applicants must be willing to learn and adapt to changes, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Shift patterns will include various hours, such as days, lates, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with additional payments for unsocial hours.
