The British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) is seeking an "Appointment Advisor" for a part-time role (16 hours per week) based in Warwick. As the first point of contact for clients, this position involves arranging appointments and responding to inquiries with professionalism and empathy, catering to individuals facing complex emotional decisions. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to handle stressful situations calmly, and a non-judgmental demeanor. The working hours for this position are Thursday (2 PM - 6 PM), Friday (1 PM - 6 PM), and Saturday (8 AM - 4 PM), with a competitive salary ranging from £22,431 to £28,609 per annum, depending on experience. The initial two weeks of training will be conducted in-person, after which a hybrid work arrangement will be available. The Appointment Advisor is the first point of contact for all BPAS clients. You will primarily make appointments & answer all client related queries in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring you always provide an efficient client-centred service.

Based in our Booking & Information centre (BIC) in Leamington Spa, you get to work with a friendly group of people, in a modern well-equipped office that offers free parking, a break room with tea, coffee and snacks, and excellent facilities nearby for your lunch break.

Home to over 100 colleagues, the BIC deal with over 6000 contacts on a weekly basis via phone and email. The BIC team are non-judgmental and offer first class client care.
