Ashford & St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Office Administrator for the Haematology department, with the position fixed until October 2025. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, sorting mail, obtaining patient notes, and communicating with patients, GPs, and clinical staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and typing skills, and while not mandatory, familiarity with the Cerner system is desirable.

The successful applicant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Haematology Clinical Team, ensuring efficient service delivery by organizing their workload and coordinating activities with Haematology Consultants and Clinical Office Coordinators. Maintaining confidentiality is crucial, and candidates should demonstrate their ability to exercise initiative in their role. Duties will also include responsibilities within the Haematology Day Unit.
