East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and capable Senior Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist for their Therapy and Discharge Team at the QEQM site in Kent. The role involves providing clinical expertise and leadership, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to manage complex discharge planning and ensure high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will also participate in the development of clinical standards and protocols, engage in audit and research initiatives, and contribute to the emergency respiratory on-call physiotherapy service, supporting the team’s commitment to evidence-based practice and clinical governance.
