The Nurse Consultant for Virtual Wards at Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Widnes is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective community care. This role involves working autonomously to conduct clinical assessments and interventions, while shaping and developing service pathways in collaboration with a range of stakeholders, including patients, multi-disciplinary teams, and management. The successful candidate will also oversee the supervision of Advanced Clinical Practice, contribute to clinical governance, implement evidence-based practices, and drive service redesign in alignment with local and national priorities.
