NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership is seeking a Senior Regulatory Lawyer at Band 8b to join the Commercial and Regulatory Team within Legal and Risk Services in Cardiff. The role involves providing high-quality legal advice primarily in public law, NHS governance, information law, and regulatory matters, while also supervising and developing junior team members, such as paralegals and trainee solicitors. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection standards, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the team's service delivery improvements through training and best practices.

Fluency in Welsh is desirable, but candidates proficient in either Welsh or English are encouraged to apply. The position offers an opportunity to influence legal practices within the NHS in Wales while fostering the growth of less experienced lawyers in a collaborative environment.
