NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership is seeking a Senior Lawyer for its Complex Patient Team, focusing on Court of Protection work in Cardiff/St Asaph. The role requires extensive experience with the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Mental Health Act, and related areas, with responsibilities including case preparation, client liaison, advocacy in court, and advice provision. The successful candidate will also supervise and develop junior legal staff, fostering strong client relationships and contributing strategically to the team's growth.
