The Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is seeking a part-time Admin Support (Band 2) for their Perinatal Mental Health Team at Willenhall Primary Care Centre in Coventry, working 18.75 hours per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support by managing referrals, preparing documents for multi-disciplinary team meetings, and handling electronic patient records using Carenotes. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing sensitive phone queries, booking appointments, and ensuring high customer care standards while promoting the Trust's values.

Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, be well-organized, and have experience in a busy office environment. A minimum of GCSE education along with an administration qualification or equivalent experience is required.
