The Senior Staff Nurse - Renal Vascular Access/Home Haemodialysis at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust in Bracknell is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care for individuals within their caseload, addressing diverse and evolving health needs. The role requires the post holder to deliver clinical leadership to both nursing and support staff while supporting the Renal Vascular Access Sister in achieving team objectives. In the absence of the Sister, the Senior Staff Nurse ensures that all patients receive safe and competent care and manages their caseload, offering support to junior colleagues as needed.
