Parklands Hospital is comprised of five separate mental health wards, including two acute-admission wards, a PICU, & two Older People's Mental Health wards as well as a Community Crisis Team & Psychiatric Liaison Team.   To act as a member of MDT providing high-qualify care and advice to inpatients. To record clinic observations To carry out procedures as trained to do To help assess, plan/implement and evaluate patient care under the supervision of the nurse in charge. Plan allocated workload for shifts that promotes patient choice, cost efficiency and patient safety. To be aware of changes in patient's conditions and act appropriately, reporting findings to the nurse in charge. To ensure that all equipment used for patient care is in safe working order. To follow procedures and guidelines. To ensure equipment is serviced or replaced. Encourage and promote independence according to patient's ability.
