About us
- Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism
- Conduct health assessments and provide advice on health-related issues
- Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- To support the Infection Prevention Control (IPC) lead and to work to the IPC Policy and supporting the implementation of audits, training, support and evidence of compliance to the practice manager
- As required, to provide routine nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical based evidence, NICE and the NSF
- To implement vaccination programmes for adults and children such as Flu, Covid and Shingles
