Practice Nurse

  • Providing a full range of nursing services, including chronic disease management, immunizations, and health assessments
  • Collaborating with GPs and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Promoting health education and lifestyle advice to patients

    • About us

    • Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism
    • Conduct health assessments and provide advice on health-related issues
    • Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed
    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
    • To support the Infection Prevention Control (IPC) lead and to work to the IPC Policy and supporting the implementation of audits, training, support and evidence of compliance to the practice manager
    • As required, to provide routine nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical based evidence, NICE and the NSF
    • To implement vaccination programmes for adults and children such as Flu, Covid and Shingles
