St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a motivated Band 7 Emergency Department Team Leader in London. This role requires an experienced Emergency Nurse to provide clinical and managerial leadership within the Emergency Department, working across various areas including Resus and assessment. The Team Leader will manage nursing teams, oversee operational activities during shifts, and ensure adherence to ED performance standards, particularly the 4-hour operational target.
