The Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two enthusiastic Senior Clinical Psychologists for its Children & Young People's Psychological Services (CYPPS) in Accrington. The positions offered are a full-time Band 8a role (37.5 hours) and a part-time role (22.5 hours), with the possibility of appointing newly qualified Clinical Psychologists to Band 7 Development Posts. The successful candidates will become part of a dedicated team of professionals, providing innovative psychological assessments and interventions for children, young people, and their families, with opportunities for professional development through training, supervision, and clinical placements.

Candidates are expected to have extensive knowledge and experience in psychological theory, assessment, and intervention for complex issues faced by children and young people. The service is committed to offering a supportive environment that includes ample opportunities for post-qualification support, leadership activities, and collaboration with academic programs. Informal visits and discussions are encouraged, and all applicants will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
