Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is seeking a Temporary Staffing Administrator to join their Temporary Staffing Team on a permanent contract in Ludlow. The role involves assisting the Team Lead in delivering high-quality temporary staffing solutions for clinical staff across community hospitals and services, ensuring coverage throughout the week, including weekends and bank holidays. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for booking Bank and Agency workers into unfilled shifts, handling various queries, and working closely with clinical and management teams.

Candidates should possess excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills, preferably with experience in a fast-paced administrative environment. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team to maintain efficient staffing services.
