The Kitchen Manager at Crumpsall, part of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, is responsible for overseeing the entire patient food service process, ensuring efficient delivery and high standards of food safety within the catering department at North Manchester General Hospital. This key role involves motivating the team, providing on-the-job training, adhering to Trust policies, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The Kitchen Manager will also manage stock, data analysis related to patient orders, and participate in the recruitment and training of staff.

Additionally, the Kitchen Manager is expected to communicate effectively at all levels, maintain accurate food safety records, and support other managers in the catering department as needed.
