We’re looking for dedicated Mental Health Nurses, Learning Disability Nurses, and Social Workers with mental health experience who are passionate about providing the highest quality care. This pivotal role within our Referral Management Centre includes managing referrals, conducting clinical triage, and ensuring that our young patients receive the right support in an effective and compassionate way.

Working Monday to Friday, with the possibility of extending hours based on service needs, you’ll guide new cases through our Urgent Care Pathway and specialist services, making a real difference in the lives of children and families. Your clinical expertise will be invaluable as you provide timely advice and navigate callers towards the right service.
