The Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) for its Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) in Nottingham. The role involves providing clinical leadership and working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with urgent but not life-threatening health issues. Candidates should hold an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, a V300 non-medical prescribing qualification, and have experience in undifferentiated care. The ACP will lead a small clinical team, mentor staff and students, and take on operational responsibilities in the absence of the UTC Coordinator.

The position requires flexible shift work throughout the year, with applications welcomed for both full-time and part-time candidates. The ACP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to the ongoing training and development of healthcare professionals within the UTC and wider CityCare community. Key responsibilities include managing a team, providing clinical assessments, developing care plans, and facilitating a coordinated healthcare response while promoting evidence-based practices.
