Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) is seeking a Locum Consultant in Respiratory Medicine to enhance its existing team of 32 NHS and academic consultants. The role offers an opportunity to deliver general and specialist respiratory services to a population of over 2.5 million, while also engaging in internationally recognized research through the NIHR Nottingham Biomedical Research Centre. The successful candidate will cover adult cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis, sleep/ventilation services, and general respiratory care, with the initial appointment lasting for six months. Applicants should have GMC registration and be eligible for the Specialist Register, with opportunities to tailor the job plan according to their sub-specialty interests and expertise.

The position is part of NUH, one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK, which serves a diverse community and has a significant budget and workforce.
