The Neurological Rehabilitation Health Care Support Worker role at Snowdon, a specialized 14-bed unit within the South of England Rehabilitation Centre, focuses on supporting adults with physical and cognitive impairments due to neurological events or long-term conditions. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will assist in promoting patient independence and daily living skills, engage them in social activities as outlined in their Care Plans, and manage risks. They will perform assigned tasks under the supervision of qualified staff, document patient care accurately, communicate findings, and ensure adherence to the values and beliefs of each patient.

Additionally, the role emphasises the importance of building therapeutic relationships and using effective communication skills to handle challenging behaviors. The Trust is committed to inclusivity in recruitment, promoting flexible working arrangements, and ensuring accessible processes for all candidates.
