The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Category Manager for its Capital, Estates, and Facilities Procurement Team. This role involves leading and managing procurement projects to ensure the effective delivery of services that support high-quality patient care. Candidates should have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, along with a business degree or CIPS qualification, and experience in procurement, ideally within the public sector. The position offers opportunities for hybrid remote work and requires travel between Trust sites.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Category Manager and will contribute to the Trust's vision for becoming "Best in Class" for procurement. While experience in NHS or public sector procurement is advantageous, applications from other sectors are welcomed to enhance the team's collaborative skills. This is a full-time role based at Beech House, Lincoln, and is designed for proactive and skilled professionals looking to make a difference in the NHS.
