The role of Senior Administrator/Team Leader at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust involves providing essential administrative support to the Physiotherapy Team and other Allied Health Professional (AHP) and Therapy staff in Prescot. The position includes a variety of responsibilities such as managing communication systems, overseeing the preparation of meeting materials, maintaining critical documentation, coordinating schedules, handling HR-related tasks, and monitoring staff absences. The successful candidate will also engage in line management, assist in recruitment processes, and contribute to team development initiatives and project work aligned with service requirements.

This role requires a high level of organisation, initiative, and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
