Four Elms Medical Centre in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated GP Practice Nurse to join their dynamic and patient-focused team. This role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, managing chronic conditions, administering vaccinations, providing wound care, and promoting health education within the community. Candidates should be registered nurses with current NMC licensure, and while experience in primary care is beneficial, excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
