The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Child Clinical Psychologist to join their award-winning Louth Core CAMHS team. The role, available as an 8a position with preceptorship options for candidates transitioning from band 7 to 8a, emphasises creative, critical, and holistic approaches to patient-centered care. Ideal applicants include those in their final year of clinical psychology training or recent graduates, and they will have opportunities for professional development, including training in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), alongside regular clinical supervision.

As part of a multidisciplinary team comprising psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and mental health nurses, the successful candidate will provide specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions for children and young people with moderate to severe mental health challenges.
