By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a beautiful baby boy in Blackpool.

We are in search of an urgent care team to assist our young service user as he transitions from the hospital to living at home with his loving family

While providing essential care, it is also important to remain vigilant and promptly respond to his needs. You will give cuddles and reassurance throughout the night, assisting him in settling back to sleep. He is a cheerful and joyful boy who enjoys play time and interacting with those around him.

This isn't just a job it's a chance to have a significant impact on a young person's life.

Please note, our service users family has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Pay Rates:

  • £16.50 - £20.00 per hour
  • Approx. £165.00 - £200.00 (per 10-hour Night shift)

Shifts Available:

  • Part Time Nights 2-3 shifts per week
  • 10:00pm 8:00am

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
