Sirona care & health CIC is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their Administrative team in Henbury, supporting the Community Integrated Neighbourhood Team for North & West Bristol. The role involves coordinating patient referrals, managing staffing and capacity, and providing administrative support to Locality Managers and clinical teams. Candidates should possess qualifications in Numeracy and Literacy at level 2, high IT Literacy, and preferably an NVQ level 3 in Business Administration. While experience in a healthcare setting is desirable, it is not mandatory.

The position is full-time, requiring 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, and includes in-person work across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include leading a team of community administrators, organizing complex tasks and meetings, training Band 3 administration staff, and ensuring efficient communication within the locality. This challenging role is ideal for an enthusiastic team player with strong administrative skills who enjoys a dynamic work environment.
