Join the compassionate and dedicated Heart Failure Team at Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Exeter as a Specialist Nurse. We’re seeking an experienced Band 7 heart failure specialist nurse or a developmental Band 6 nurse eager to progress. If you're passionate about providing exceptional care to patients in both acute and community settings, this permanent position, offering 34 hours a week (with flexibility for the right candidate), could be your chance to make a real difference.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting heart failure patients throughout their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will include managing clinic appointments, home visits, and offering compassionate support via phone consultations. You’ll empower patients through self-management guidance, symptom relief, medication education, and holistic care, including psychological and palliative support.
