MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS WEEKEND
The role of a Specialist Mental Health Pharmacist at Barrow-in-Furness with the Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust involves providing clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting, specifically at the Dane Garth Unit, which includes various wards for adult and older adult patients. The pharmacist will be responsible for delivering patient-focused pharmaceutical care, participating in ward reviews, conducting clinical audits, and supporting the development of trainee pharmacists and students. Additionally, the position includes involvement in medicines management processes, compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the Trust's medicines optimisation strategy.

Candidates are required to be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and must stay current with continuing professional development (CPD).
