We are seeking a part-time receptionist to perform general reception duties at our GP surgery. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, booking appointments, and directing patients to the appropriate healthcare professionals. The role also involves various administrative tasks such as arranging transport, booking interpreters, processing mail, and coordinating with internal and external teams. Additional duties include managing patient requests for certificates and repeat prescriptions, handling confidential materials, and supporting clinical teams. Proficiency in computer systems for patient registrations and data input is required, along with a focus on delivering quality healthcare services.
