Additional duties include managing patient requests for certificates and repeat prescriptions, handling confidential materials, and supporting clinical teams. Proficiency in computer systems for patient registrations and data input is required, along with a focus on delivering quality healthcare services.

The main duties are answering the telephone, booking appointments or signposting patients to the appropriate Healthcare Professionals Other administrative duties are included in the role such as arranging transport, booking interpreters, processing incoming/outgoing mail and liaising with the relevant teams both inside and outside of the practice
