The Klinik triage team is the heart of The Adam Practice. The main aim is managing the day to day workload of patient appointment requests via reception teams and online consultations.
To be responsible for the day to day administration of Klinik request. Ensuring a timely and efficient turnaround of appointments.
To carry out all duties in a professional manner and adhere to all Adam Practice protocols, policies and guidelines at all times.
To have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in writing and verbally to a wide range of providers and users of the services, including patients; carers; voluntary; social; primary and secondary care providers.
We have offering this vacancy on a part time permanent contract, hours are follows:
Wednesday - 09:00 - 17:30 - 8 hours (not including a 30 minute unpaid break)
Thursday - 13:30 - 17:30 - 4 hours
Friday - 13:30 - 17:30 - 4 hours
Total - 16 hours
The purpose of the role is to:
Ensure all triaged requests are dealt with in a timely manner, in accordance with written procedures.
Keep accurate records of all client and patient contacts, using System One.
Assist in the training and support of other colleagues where appropriate and to support the development of an effective Klinik Admin team within The Adam Practice
Develop a thorough knowledge of the employing organisation and to work in accordance with written protocols.
Implement agreements and policies concerning data sharing and client/patient consent.
