Everyturn Mental Health is seeking a Team Manager for the newly established 24/7 Community Mental Health Support Hub in Whitehaven, which aims to enhance local mental health care by integrating various health and social services. The successful candidate will lead a team of up to nine Case Workers and Senior Case Workers within the Safe Haven and Crisis Support Team, managing day-to-day operations, fostering collaboration with other services, and ensuring the delivery of quality mental health support in line with contractual standards.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in team management within health or social care settings, particularly in working with individuals facing severe mental health issues. They will be responsible for building partnerships with statutory and voluntary organisations, maintaining effective support systems, and ensuring thorough risk management and safeguarding practices. The role requires a resilient and compassionate individual who resides locally and can travel throughout Copeland.
