The Administrator role at Sirona care & health CIC in Bristol involves providing essential administrative support to the Community Transfer of Care Hub (CToCH), which aims to facilitate safe and timely discharges from acute hospital beds for service users. The successful candidate will collaborate with various healthcare professionals and organisations to enhance patient experiences, maintain accurate records, and manage data collection that reflects the effectiveness of service delivery. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, maintaining databases, and ensuring smooth communication with staff, service users, and other stakeholders within the health community.

This position is integral to the development of innovative workflows in partnership with acute hospitals and local authorities, operating seven days a week from 08:00 to 18:00, including Bank Holidays. Candidates must be UK-based as the organisation cannot provide sponsorship, and applicants requiring a visa must have a minimum of 12 months remaining until expiry from the start date.
