The Level 1 Social Worker role with the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Lichfield focuses on providing a recovery-oriented service to individuals aged 16 and over in South Staffordshire who are facing significant mental health challenges. The position is intended for qualified social workers registered with Social Work England, and it offers support for newly qualified professionals to complete their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE). The successful candidates will also have the opportunity to pursue Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) training as part of their career development.
