Beaumont Lodge Medical Practice is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Surgery in this Team Leader part time role.
Please note the working pattern is mainly 1pm - 6.30pm between Monday to Friday.
You may be required to work an ADHOC Saturday (enhanced rate of pay).
Knowledge of Systmone is essential as your role will be to support and offer solutions for your team.
The reception team are the first point of contact for our patients, face to face and on the telephone. There are a full range of tasks and duties that our receptionist assists with to help keep the surgery running smoothly.
Your role will be working alongside our existing team leader who also works 20 hours per week. Together you will manage and support the reception team and Practice Manager.
Full training will be given and the opportunity to progress after the six month probationary period.

Managing DNA appointments.
Monitoring ANP/GP and Pharmacy First appointments, checking they are appropriately booked.
Ensuring AccurRx requests are assigned to the appropriate team.
Assigning Online registrations to team members to action.
Assist with weekly working rotas and lunch cover.
Oversee daily checklists for reception duties.
The role would suit an aspiring Team Leader to Assistant Practice Manager.
