Operose Health is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) for the Kirkby Practice in Nottingham, offering a part-time position of 30 hours per week. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluating patient care. The successful candidate will demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and work collaboratively within the general practice team while also providing nurse leadership as needed.
The position offers a competitive annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience, along with 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and one week of paid CPD/study leave per year. Kirkby Practice are looking for an ANP/ACP for 30 hours per week.
Key duties will include:
- Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
