Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a Senior CAMHS Practitioner to lead the Eating Disorder Pathway in Flintshire and Wrexham (East CAMHS). This full-time, permanent position is part of a new service development aimed at providing specialist early intervention and evidence-based care for children and young people with eating disorders. The successful candidate will manage referrals, conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and coordinate care within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, including Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, and Dietetics.

In this leadership role, the Pathway Lead will participate in weekly multidisciplinary meetings, oversee service audits and evaluations, and engage in training, consultation, and multi-agency collaboration. The candidate will work autonomously while adhering to professional guidelines, and the role offers opportunities for ongoing training and regular supervision. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, but applications from both Welsh and English speakers are welcome.
