An exciting opportunity has come up for qualified diagnostic radiographers to join the MRI team at St Mary's hospital - Paddington, London. We are looking to recruit a B7 Substantive radiographer for a full time MRI post. St Mary's has recently installed the latest in AI reconstruction technology onto 3 of our 4 GE MRI scanners. We are therefore looking for fresh and dynamic individuals to join the team to integrate and further develop this service with the latest protocol optimisation.
In this MRI post, you can expect to perform a diverse range of diagnostic MR procedures, including cardiac imaging, for both adults and pediatrics patients. You will also be part of the team for interventional MR procedures including pediatric GA, and focus ultrasound ablation.
We are looking for individuals who are ready to embrace the challenges that come with the meticulous process of protocol overhaul, ensuring the sequences are in line with the latest research whilst prioritising department efficiency. - Perform MRI procedures according to Trust, Departmental and statutory regulations
- Provide a high standard of patient care within the specialised area of MRI

- To supervise and line manage band 6 staff and students
- To deputise for the MRI modality Lead
