The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Matron for the South Manchester & Trafford Community Response services. This role is ideal for an experienced, motivated individual with strong management skills and in-depth knowledge of community care delivery. The Community Matron will collaborate with the Clinical Lead and management team to provide clinical leadership, oversee clinical governance, and drive quality improvement initiatives within the service portfolio. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a robust clinical knowledge base, and experience in community working and leadership, as well as the ability to manage complex situations effectively.
