Hope House Children’s Hospices in Oswestry is seeking Health Care Support Workers to join their team on a full-time or part-time permanent basis, working twelve and a half hour shifts during the day and night. This role involves providing high-quality care to children and young people with life-threatening conditions according to their individual care plans, under the supervision of registered nurses. Candidates will also serve as key workers for families, assisting them with advocacy, navigation, and access to community services, while actively participating in recreational and learning activities as well as supporting safe medication administration.
