The HR/Wellbeing Officer at Bromley by Bow Health Partnership in London is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and advice to staff and managers, ensuring adherence to the organisation's Vision, Mission, and Values. Key duties include supporting recruitment and staff development, managing policies and processes, handling the TUPE process for business transfers, and overseeing employee wellbeing programs.
