A part-time Band 5 Community Nurse position is available with the Usk and Raglan District Nurse Integrated Team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. Candidates should possess enthusiasm, professionalism, and the ability to work autonomously while also being effective team members. The role involves delivering nursing care in patients' homes and conducting treatments in an on-site clinic setting, such as IV infusions, catheter care, and wound management. Successful applicants will need strong time management skills and the capacity to organize their workloads while contributing to the integrated service alongside the CRT rapid medical team.
