The Team Leader position at We Are With You in Truro involves overseeing a multi-disciplinary team that provides comprehensive drug and alcohol services to some of Cornwall's most marginalized individuals. The role includes supporting the management team in delivering contracted services, promoting the organisation, and ensuring that staff are informed and engaged with strategic objectives. The Team Leader will be based in Truro but will also cover the Newquay area, working alongside Recovery Workers and collaborating with various statutory and non-statutory services to enhance the support provided to clients.

The Team Leader role is a key element in providing the variety of services that Cornwall We Are With You offers. This is a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team alongside in-house service including outreach, criminal justice, family and community workers; nurses, doctors and pharmacists; work and learning and a secondary rehabilitation service.

The successful applicant will have a positive approach to working in a dynamic environment with a commitment to providing meaningful services to those who present to our service and achieving this by supporting the existing dedicated team of Recovery Workers. Areas of work include: To support the management team in the delivery of contracted service To positively promote the service and We Are With You To manage the staff within the service to ensure staff are well informed, inspired and engaged with We Are With You's strategic objectives and that the cohesive culture is developed.

A vacancy has arisen for a Team Leader to cover the Truro and Newquay areas, but based at our Truro office to provide support to our Recovery Worker teams. You will be working as part of a successful management team on the contract we have been delivering since 2. We offer a wide range of intervention including Needle and Syringe Programme; harm reduction advice and information; psycho-social interventions; detoxification; rehabilitation; OST prescribing and wide range of aftercare and in to work support. We use a multi-agency approach, working with both statutory and non-statutory services to increase choice and positives outcomes for the people using this service.
